X-ray Meat Inspection RMI3/C

The Eagle RMI3/C x-ray system is designed specifically for product inspection of closed cartons or open crates of raw beef, pork, chicken, lamb or similar products.

All the Power of X-ray Analysis

The RMI3/C is hygienically constructed to NAMI standards and provides accurate product inspection along with optimum quality assurance. The machine is easy to operate and can be disassembled by a single person in a matter of minutes for thorough sanitation and convenient maintenance cycles. It features Eagle’s PRODUCT SWITCH™, an automatic product changeover without stopping the production line, minimizing downtime and strengthening quality assurance, which is optimal for applications that process varied styles of cartons or crates.

It provides superior detection and automatic rejection of a wide range of foreign bodies such as:

  • Metal fragments
  • Glass shards
  • Some plastic and rubber compounds
  • Mineral stone
  • Calcified bone
