Giannone Poultry Invests in PXT™ to Detect Bone Fragments

Giannone Poultry wanted to increase the rate of bone detection on their production line, so they turned to Eagle for an advanced poultry inspection system. The RMI 400, equipped with Performance X-ray Technology, PXT, allowed the poultry processor to switch from manual bone inspection to an automated system that that achieved bone detection down to 1 mm—even for bones with low calcification found in young chickens.

Read the case study to see how Giannone Poultry leveraged an Eagle x-ray system for unparalleled contaminant detection, lower false reject and less product rework.
