The Eagle™ Pack 240 PRO with its advanced image analysis software, SimulTask™ PRO, performs quality control checks simultaneously and at at high line speeds. The x-ray system can identify shredded cheese pouches that are contaminated with either glass, metal, stone or plastic and rubber compounds, and reject them from the production line. At the same time, it verifies accurate pouch weight, reducing giveaway and strengthening product yield.
