Eagle Product Inspection to Spotlight Advanced Inspection Systems at ProPak China 2019

June 1, 2019

Eagle Product Inspection, with an equipment and software portfolio that spans the globe, will exhibit its advanced x-ray systems in Stand 5G42 at ProPak China 2019, 19 June – 21 June, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

During this event that attracts more than 100,000 industry visitors, Eagle will share its international expertise and display several advanced inspection technologies, including the Eagle Pack 400 HC, Eagle Tall XSDV and Eagle MD-H series. This year’s exhibit will highlight innovations in the inspection of snack food products.

The Eagle Pack 400 HC is used by food and beverage manufacturers to inspect items packaged in plastic containers, cartons/boxes and pouches to find and reject contaminants such as glass shards, dense plastic and rubber pieces, metal fragments and mineral stone, among others. The multi-functional system also helps companies improve productivity by conducting important quality checks like fill level, mass measurement and seal inspection to ensure food or contaminants are not trapped.

In addition, ProPak China attendees can see and learn about Eagle’s Tall PRO XSDV, used in the inspection of high-speed can, jar, bottle and composite lines. The Tall PRO XSDV offers dual side view detection coverage for challenging container shapes while providing simultaneous product integrity checks.

Eagle Product Inspection also produces metal detection systems, which will be spotlighted at this year’s ProPak China event. Eagle’s MD-H metal detector can detect metal and stainless steel contahowminants in a range of packaged, unpackaged and bulk products on the product line.

“Our goal at ProPak China is to use our knowledge and next-generation inspection technologies to show packaging and processing companies how they can improve food safety, meet relevant quality standards and get the highest return on their investment,” says Jimmy Yao, x-ray expert and product manager for Eagle Product Inspection, who will be onsite at ProPak China.
