Eagle builds robust, easy-to-manage meat inspection and fat analysis systems that conform to your unique product line. From raw product to case inspection, our photon-counting and inline fat analysis technology gives you the ability to inspect 100% of your throughput in real-time. With a margin of error better than ±1 CL, our machines deliver precise chemical lean measurements that are vital for maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Beyond red meat, the poultry industry benefits from our extensive application experience and photon-counting technology. Our hygienic x-ray detection systems are versatile and support a wide array of poultry products to guarantee they meet the most stringent washdown environments, whether they’re raw, frozen, pumped, or packaged.
Prevent costly product recalls with Eagle’s Pack 400 HC x-ray inspection system. With its advanced imaging software and dual energy photon-counting technology, it can detect a wide range of hazards in seafood products such as bones, shells, and metal pieces. This not only prevents the risks of physical hazard in food, but also helps maintain food safety standards and improves overall product quality.
Not only do our advanced inspection technologies detect foreign objects, but they also go the extra mile by identifying voids in cheese blocks and fill level in yogurt cups. Count on our technology to maintain product safety, precise portion control, along with weight checks and package integrity for every item.
Tackling the hurdles faced by fruit and vegetable manufacturers, our Eagle x-ray systems adeptly locate foreign body contaminants that can occur from harvest to processing. Our dual energy technology is particularly effective in detecting unwanted materials in dense products like dried fruits.
Eagle’s x-ray inspection system for other foods is designed to meet the specific needs of the food industry. With customizable settings and high-speed processing capabilities, our x-ray inspection systems are ideal for use in food production facilities of all sizes. By implementing our advanced technology, companies can ensure the safety and quality of their products while also meeting strict industry regulations.
Don’t waste a minute on your lines. Ensure your product line is optimized for quality and safety, all while maximizing efficiency and reducing waste with x-ray inspection. There are many common and overlooked areas, including at raw material arrival points, where x-ray inspection systems can be deployed to catch potential issues early in the process. Learn about these insertion points and more in our latest white paper.
Our PXT™ dual energy photon-counting technology, combined with SimulTask™ PRO image analysis software, delivers high-resolution images and real-time analysis in just one-tenth of a second, setting a new standard in detecting bones and contaminants. Eagle Product Inspection focuses on developing advanced x-ray analysis solutions for superior product inspection.
The radically enhanced PXT™, dual energy photon-counting detector, captures more detailed information about a product than previously possible. When this product information is instantly processed by Eagle’s advanced image analysis software, SimulTask PRO™, you’ll see higher resolution images, an increase in detection accuracy and significantly reduced false reject rates.
Eagle’s Material Discrimination X-ray (MDX) technology allows food processors to differentiate organic and inorganic materials, offering superior contaminant detection for meat inspection, including foreign bodies missed by conventional methods.
SimulTask™ PRO, short for Simultaneous Tasking, is Eagle’s advanced x-ray image analysis software and is the basis for all our operator-friendly x-ray inspection systems. With the highest greyscale range of 65,535 values, you will see deeper contrast and subtle differences that provide superior image results.
Eagle’s TraceServer™ x-ray software centralizes production data and machine status from up to 32 x-ray machines into one database. It records inspection processes to help meet quality standards and is scalable to fit your company’s needs, simplifying product traceability.
Eagle experts can help configure the best x-ray or fat analysis machine for your product application, inspection needs, and production environment. Send us your product for a free test, and you’ll receive a detailed report with machine configuration, inspection data, and the Probability of Detection (POD) as a percentage, reflecting real production conditions.
Find and reject harmful bone fragments, 2 mm or less, in various meat and seafood applications.
Mass and weight measurement with an x-ray inspection system provides an additional layer of process control and due diligence to ensure a high-quality.
