for Short Product Applications Lift Gate Reject

Removes packaged and unpackaged products from production lines identified as non-conformant with quality specifications for single or dual lane short product applications.

Reject Systems for X-ray Machines

The Lift Gate reject device consists of pneumatic cylinders that pivot a gate upwards, creating a gap for products that do not meet predetermined quality specifications in the direction of the reject receptacle. The Lift Gate reject mechanism is incredibly versatile and ideal for removing a multitude of short products from production lines such as, vacuum packed pouches and sachets, as well as raw unpackaged chicken filets.
