We’re experienced in x-ray red meat inspection systems and understand the various challenges associated with handling trim and primal cuts. We also have a good understanding of traditional and hot deboning processes.

We’ve developed specific inspection solutions for a wide variety of beef, lamb and pork applications in various types of packaging including chubs. These solutions include:
